Daycare FAQs
Good to Know
What does my dog need for the first day?
Current vaccination records (rabies, distemper, bordetella), a collar with ID tags, and any lunch with feeding instructions. Everything else — bedding, bowls, toys, treats — we provide.
How do you handle shy or reactive dogs?
Every new pup gets a free temperament evaluation. Shy dogs start in a quiet pod with one gentle buddy and a dedicated attendant, and only join bigger groups when they’re ready. Dogs that prefer people to pups get one-on-one play sessions instead.
Can I watch my dog during the day?
Yes — live webcams cover every play yard and gym, and Monthly Unlimited families get free webcam access built in. Daycare parents also receive photo updates through the day.
What if I’m running late for pickup?
Call us and we’ll keep your pup comfortable — late pickup is $10 per 15 minutes after 7 PM (6 PM Saturdays). Dogs picked up after closing time settle into a boarding suite for the night at the overnight rate.
