Boarding FAQs
Before the Sleepover
What should I pack for my dog’s stay?
Your dog’s regular food (pre-portioned if you like), any medications with written instructions, and one comfort item that smells like home. We provide raised beds, fresh blankets, bowls, and toys — and we wash all bedding between guests.
Can my two dogs share a suite?
Yes — dogs from the same family can room together in a Deluxe Suite or Luxury Loft, and the second dog stays for 25% off. We’ll confirm at check-in that both pups settle comfortably.
Do you give medications?
Our trained staff administer oral and topical medications for $4 per day, logged with photo confirmation. For insulin or other injections, call us first so we can match you with the right caregiver.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 7–10 AM so your pup gets a full first day of play. Check-out is by 12 PM; stays past noon simply add a $22 half-day of daycare instead of another full night.
